When entering the castle, the visitor is responsible for his own safety! Depending on physical conditions, the ascent may even take longer due to changing terrain conditions. And it can become even more difficult due to the effects of various weather factors! Please take extra care of your own safety and that of others! Our security measures require visitors to follow staff instructions such as “No wall climbing!” invitation!
The entire area of the castle is under nature protection, therefore damaging the flora and fauna is not allowed in any form, and keeping it clean is in the interest of all of us. Please ensure that order is maintained!
The wooden and rock steps leading to the upper castle can become wet and slippery due to various weather conditions! Please arrive in appropriate footwear, and if necessary, be extra careful!
Access to closed areas of Csesznek Castle is prohibited and extremely dangerous! The visitor bears full financial responsibility for any kind of damage caused to the walls, equipment, objects, and electronic devices!
We are not responsible for valuables left in the castle grounds! In any case, please hand in the found items to the castle cashier, we will keep them for 1 month.
It is forbidden to bring into the castle any device or material that causes injury or danger to life!

Visitors arriving by car can use the free parking lot located 250 meters from the entrance to the castle, opposite the public cemetery in Csesznek.
